Just 3 simple items to make this. No corn syrup, heavy cream or cocoa powder is needed to make this sauce.
What’s the Difference between Hot Fudge and Chocolate Sauce?
The main difference between Hot Fudge and Chocolate Sauce is the texture. Hot Fudge is thicker and more rich in flavor. Chocolate Sauce is thinner and is easy to pour.
When you place both Chocolate Sauce and Hot Fudge in the refrigerator, chocolate sauce stays thin but Hot Fudge gets thicker. When you are ready to serve Hot Fudge, we heat it up when ready to pour. Chocolate Sauce goes from the refrigerator and then poured on your ice cream.
