This Frozen Pink Lemonade Pie is a family favorite that is sure to keep you cool, all summer long. It only requires a few simple ingredients, and has the most amazingly sweet and tangy flavor.
My husband LOVES anything and everything with ice cream in it.
He had been describing Pink Lemonade pie for awhile and I decided to finally found the recipe for him. I am addicted to ice cream when I’m pregnant and this one hit the spot.
This Frozen Pink Lemonade Pie makes the perfect summer dessert. The best part is, you don’t have to heat your oven, because it’s all cool ingredients, or remade, that no baking is necessary.
This recipe also makes two pies, so you can easily half it if needed. However, it’s a great recipe for feeding a crowd, because it makes 2 pies, and about 16 servings. You can’t go wrong with this Frozen Pink Lemonade Pie.
How do I make my own pie crust?
We are busy moms who are all about shortcuts. However, if it’s easier to make your own pie crust, it won’t take you much time.
We have a lot of delicious graham cracker pie crust recipes, but our favorite is our Banoffee Pie Crust Recipe. It only requires three simple ingredients:
- Graham Crackers (crushed into fine pieces)
- Butter
- Sugar
Doesn’t get much easier than that.
If you don’t own a pie tin, or a circular pie pan, you could also make this recipe in a 9×9 inch pan. For this particular recipe, you will need two of them, since it makes two, eight inch pies.
Which means you will also need to double the Pie Crust Recipe, if you plan to make your own.
