@Xfinity y’all got the worst customer service ever, if you got employees that don’t know how to speak respectfully then they need to find something else to do.

Every time I call comcast/xfinity they always end up sending me some “free” ****… they used to be on that bs back in the day though
- Amitlala81 (@Amitlala81) reported fromHouston, Texas
Who else hits the option to take the survey when they call customer service hoping they will transfer the call quicker? Of course, we hang up right after the call but I can’t be the only one. I also vote Comcast/Xfinity as most improved company in the last decade.

I wish I would have waited for fiber with At&t or got spectrum internet. **** I'd take dial up over the **** service you get with @Xfinity. Joke of a company.
- Mr. Sophisticated Banana (@Soph_Banana) reported
why is xfinity literally the worst ******* company to deal with..........
- BJ Barretta (@bjbarretta) reported
@SnowTheGoalie Comcast has 18 million Xfinity subscribers. Each month, add a .10 cent “Trotz” tax (add it to b.s taxes, fees, and other charges line item on bill). That’s 1.20/year per customer x 18 million = $21.6 million a year! Pay AV his $5 mil and give rest to Trotz!
- A Random Joe (@OutsideDog) reported
@KensethFan17_20 Maybe, but there’s some Xfinity schemes on here too. I’d say the increase in prices combined with people struggling with inflation as a whole is a bigger factor. It’s easy to cut out needless things like die casts.
- William Davis (@WilliamDavis_13) reported
@bobpockrass My brain is not working. The truck and xfinity races are points races correct?
- Sky Sinke (@SlinkySky) reported
Shout to @Xfinity for extending my wifi contract after I tried to cancel it and then charging me $200😌 it wasn’t even good wifi when I did use it
- Roguesquanch (@roguesquanch) reported
.@Xfinity how do you let someone sign up for service at a location that already had active service with no cancellation and just cut out the persons service who is actually living there 🙃 time for a new internet provider I think
- Nelson (@kitkat0981) reported
