We have a few bags of Key limes in our refrigerator – just waiting to be used! And as I searched around for some recipe inspiration, I came across these 30+ Fantastic Key Lime Recipes – so I had to share them with you today!
Key limes are named after the Florida Keys where the fruit is now naturalized, but this unique variety of limes is actually native to Southeast Asia. Key limes are smaller and seedier with a thinner skin, and they have a distinctive and more-tart flavor than the typical Persian limes that are readily available at your local supermarket.
Key limes are great for cooking (so grab them when you find them at the market)! Bought a bag of key limes & was looking for recipes. The scallops/shrimp & margaritas looked great but I received errors when tried to access.

We do try to keep up with changes when we link to other blogs, but often we don’t know when link changes happen or blogs decide to close down until we hear from readers like you.
